Check TV size and weight

The weight of your TV should be less than 40kg.Your TV should be at least 26 inch, otherwise, you will see the bracket.

Check cables outlet

Please check possible blocked cable/input.

Try to install spacers if the arm extension is blocking the Ethernet port and Optical Audio Out port.
